Our Hollywood Bowl car service takes the hardest part out of a concert night: the parking. The Hollywood Bowl sits at 2301 N Highland Ave in the hills above Hollywood. Its own guidance warns that parking is “extremely limited, stacked, and may sell out in advance.” Stacked lots also mean nobody leaves early.
A private car solves both problems. You step out close to the entrance, you skip the lot, and your chauffeur is ready when you walk out. Classique Worldwide Transportation has served Southern California for 35+ years, and we plan each Bowl night around the arrangements the venue publishes.
The Bowl sends drop-offs and pickups to Lot C (Purple), across from the venue at 6655 Odin St. Its getting here information explains that cars enter Lot C from northbound Highland Ave. or westbound Odin St. For a sedan or SUV, the plan is simple. Your chauffeur brings you into Lot C, you walk to the gates, and the car leaves until pickup.
Larger vehicles follow a different rule. On its parking information, the Bowl lists buses and oversized vehicles, including limousines and large vans. These vehicles need a pass bought in advance through the Box Office. When you book one, we talk through that pass so the plan matches what the venue allows.
The Bowl asks guests to arrive at least 90 minutes before the performance. Each concert’s listing shows its gate times, and the lots open three hours before an event. On busier nights, streets may close at Milner and Camrose. Those closures start about two hours before the published show time and end about one hour after the show.
We build your pickup time backward from those points. A group meeting for an early dinner on the Westside needs a very different start than a couple leaving a Hollywood hotel. We set yours when you book.
The exit takes the most planning. The Bowl notes that post-concert pickup in Lot C “can take anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes,” so we plan for it. Guests leave through the main gates, walk down Pepper Tree Lane and pass through the pedestrian tunnel. Purple directional lights then lead to Lot C.
We agree on the pickup point before you leave the car. You call or text your chauffeur when you start walking. Some riders prefer an option the Bowl suggests for rideshare users: the free shuttle from Lot B to Ovation Hollywood. Your chauffeur then meets you there instead of in the Lot C line. You choose when you book.
Picture eight friends seated in two sections for a sold-out show. Before the lights go down, they agree on one landmark at Lot C, and one person keeps the chauffeur’s number. Nobody searches the crowd at the end of the night.
Our chauffeurs bring the same care to every special night out. Magic S wrote on Tripadvisor in October 2023: “Special mention to Debra and Ronald for being very friendly, professional and giving us a memorable service!”
Our chauffeurs collect visitors at the lobby of the Loews Hollywood Hotel or The Garland. A pre-show dinner at Musso and Frank Grill makes an easy first stop. For other plans in the neighborhood, we also handle local pickups around Hollywood.
Travelers flying in for a show often land in Burbank. We meet Hollywood Burbank Airport arrivals, so give us the flight number and our team follows any change. Guests from Orange County, the South Bay or the Westside ride door to door. We also plan nights at other music venues across the region.
A couple on a date night wants a quiet, comfortable ride and an easy drop-off. The Volvo S90 sedan seats two and moves through the Lot C hub without any vehicle pass.
A birthday or anniversary group often wants the evening to start in the car. The Lincoln MKT Stretch Limousine seats up to nine, with fiber optic lighting and a bar with crystal glassware. Like every limousine, it needs the Bowl’s oversized vehicle pass. Compare our other stretch and Sprinter options before choosing.
Choirs, clubs and company outings usually travel together in a 38 Passenger Mini Coach, which also requires the pass. Every vehicle carries Wi-Fi, phone charging and water.
Can we leave before the encore to beat the crowd?
Yes. Your chauffeur is not parked in a stacked lot, so you can leave whenever you like. Text when you stand up, and meet at the point we agreed.
Can our chauffeur wait in Lot C during the show?
No. Lot C is a drop-off and pickup hub with no parking. Your chauffeur leaves after the drop-off and returns for the pickup time or your call.
Send us the show date, your pickup address and the number of guests. Tell us whether you want a one-way drop-off or a round trip with a planned post-show pickup. Our team takes reservations and offers assistance 24/7, including on show nights.
