I enjoyed receiving a text with the cars location. We had a very early pick up time and the car was parked outside our house at least 30 minutes early. Maybe even earlier but I checked 30 minutes before pick up time. I was worried about getting started before LA rush hour kicked in, and this eased my mind tremendously. Noony was great!

We used Classique for my daughters Prom. I have to say that I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The communication was very thorough, I received confirmation emails everytime we made an adjustment, and there were a bunch, I got emails when the driver arrived on site when he was transporting, when they arrived at destination and when they left the prom location.
In addition I received a couple texts from the driver himself. We don’t reserve limos very often so you can imagine how nervous I was to just send my daughter and her friends with a perfect stranger. Classique helped get me over that feeling. The driver, Dean, was very thorough in his explanation of the rules, most of which were covered by the reservationist, and he was very patient with our pretty excited teenagers.
Dean got them to the location, in downtown Los Angeles, in a good amount of time, which was good because we were not ready until very late. He also got them back in time that we didn’t have to pay additional fees. I really appreciate everything you did for me and for making my daughters night a success and something I am sure she will remember for a long time.
In the interest of maybe helping you to become an even better company I do have a few observations. I did appreciate that every time I called I got to talk to a person and that the person spoke clear English, you would be surprised, but on one occasion I had to wait a pretty long time on the phone on hold. It was a saturday and the young lady said that she was the only one available at the time.
The second thing has to do with the car itself. We were very pleased when we saw that our car had been upgraded to the larger 16 passenger car, at no additional fee, but there seemed to be a little bit more wear and tare on the interior then I would have liked to see. I understand that as a company you need to get as much usage out of a vehicle as you can, that’s just business.
The exterior on this vehicle was perfect and I am sure that it probably would cost alot to reapholster the interior of a car that big. I do think it would go a long way. We were originally scheduled to be in a 2013 model MKT 9 passenger. We were sent pictures and it appeared to be in better condition.
Those two things are pretty small points of interest to me but I thought you might want to know.
Let me end by saying that we will definitely use Classique for all of our Limo needs in the future and say thank you for your service and professionalism.
